every time… EVERY TIME i need the damn website to work for me, it fails. WHAT THE HELL.
Don’t give me the crap excuse of “ooooh, there are too many people logging in at the same time, we can’t do anything about it”. NO! this problem has persisted for how many years now? and has there been any significant improvement? none. AND TO THINK THAT YOU’RE AN INSTITUTION THAT BOASTS ABOUT QUALITY EDUCATION AND SERVICE.
MY GOD, IF YOU CAN’T DO IT RIGHT, THEN DON’T DO IT AT ALL.
